Beach Resort Development

Currently, we are embarking a beach resort project development in the Philippines comprising a part of an island and across the mainland beaches for a total of approximately 130 acres. We envision this project to cater to international and domestic tourists as well as time shares for the condominiums and hotel. We are currently looking for investors to develop this with our local knowledge and connections.

As of June 2011, the local government of Llorente, E. Samar has granted the conversion of the land area comprising these 130 acres from agriculture to commercial zone paving the way for the development of a beach resort.
