B. Private Chartered Jets and Buy/Sell of Helicopters

1. Private Chartered Jets – We are embarking of operating private chartered jet businesses to cater to U.S. government use and corporate clientele for worldwide operations. One or two private jets will be based in Southern California and another in Singapore. All of the facilities and personell are in place and we are inviting investors to fund the acquisitions of pre-owned 8 to 10 seater jets with a capital of between US$2 to 3M. Another aspect of this venture is buying jets that can be dismantled to sell parts (e.g. brakes and landing gear). Outstanding returns are projected and a capital recoupment of about 2 to 3 years.

2. Buy/Sell of Helicopters – Using the Asian markets to sell brand new and pre-owned Bell and Robinson helicopters, we will be embarking this project on a buyer need basis. If a buyer is in need of a helicopter, we should have available investors to fund the deal and close escrow within 45 to 60 days and turn it around in a short period of time. Capital needed is from US$800,000.00 to US$3,000,000.00.
